The first olive tree was gifted by Athena to the city of Athens in a competition for their favor between herself and the god Poseidon. The Athenians chose her gift over Poseidon's, and the olive tree came to represent peace, wisdom, and prosperity. This fresh, citrus and olive grove scent perfectly symbolizes the wisdom and clarity of Athena. The sprinkle of sage also reinforces that sense of wisdom and clarity, while sodalite promotes inner peace, intuition, and clear communication.
